As soon as the purchase process is finished, the product will be sent through the means Joshua + Caleb offers the customer.

Orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge. Free shipping will not be applied if your order total does not reach the minimum amount indicated after applying discounts or promotions.

Joshua + Caleb will not be held responsible for taxes, duties and other costs generated by Customs or for possible delays due to Customs procedures.

Besides it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receipt to verify
it is in perfect state. If the package seems, or open or the customer may think the shipment has been tampered with, the customer must refuse the delivery and notify Joshua + Caleb immediately through this Contact Form.

*Estimated Time of Arrival for orders received during promotions and sales periods (Cyber Monday, Cyber Week, Christmas) might be slightly delayed.

Exceptional circumstances such as promotional periods, unforeseen with the courier, system upgrades or major circumstances, may vary the established delivery deadlines. However, Joshua + Caleb undertakes to notify the customer in case some of these situations take place. If there is an absence at the time of delivery at the address that has been indicated, and the package cannot be delivered, the courier may try again. If after proposing repeatedly delivery for the handling, the package still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, we will proceed to make the refund of the product or products purchased. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
