RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Every item purchased except sale items on Joshua + Caleb through our website can be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 2 calendar days from the date when the order was delivered.

 Exchanges and returns will be managed through Contact Us. Joshua + Caleb will only assume return expenses of  defected products previously managed and accepted by the Quality Department through the following link: Customer Service.

EXCHANGES

You can choose another size or product from our website, and we will send it to you. The exchange period is 2 days from the day when the package was delivered.

RETURNS

If you want to make a return in a comfortable and simple way, we offer you an easy return service. All returns will involve costs that will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded. You can check our rates here:

If you do not wish to manage your return through the offered method, you can return the product to us at your own expense, selecting the desired carrier for it. Please note that since this service has not been offered by us, we can not assume the risk on the return package when it refers to causes not attributable to Joshua + Caleb.

PRODUCT STATUS

In order for a return to be accepted by Joshua + Caleb, if must comply with the following conditions:

1.That haven't been used.

2.That didn’t suffer any damage.

3.That are in the same condition as they were initially sent to the customer and keep the original package and all its contents (hangtags, papers and other elements that may contain).

4.That the original box hasn’t been written on or doesn’t have anything stuck on to it.

5.Returns for orders including free items should be made in full to get a refund. No partial returns will be accepted.

Incase any of the conditions indicated in this section are not met, Joshua +Caleb will keep the right to refuse the return.

Once the return is refused, the customer’s refund, replacement or exchange is denied.

REFUNDS

Once the item has been received and your refund has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email notifying that the amount of the product or products to be returned, will be refunded through the same method of payment you used to pay for the order.

The refund will appear in your account balance in the next 7 to 15 working days after you receive the email confirming the refund, although this may vary depending on the conditions of each bank.
