We hope you can find answers to all your questions here. Nonetheless, if you need to contact us, we will be happy to assist you from 09:00 to 18:00 hours, from Monday to Friday. You can send us an email through the “Help” link on the right side of all Customer Service pages.
We will answer you as soon as possible. The usual answer time will not exceed 24 -48 business hours.

If you have a promotion code, you can get a discount when buying products in our online store. To get your discount, follow these steps:
- Select a product from our online store (it has to be included in the promotion).
- Click on the cart icon at the top right of the page.
- Click on the ‘Discount code’ field on the right side of your order summary.
- A box will appear where you can enter the promotional code. Write the code in that box and click on ‘Apply’.

Orders

We are sorry to inform you that we cannot add products from an order already confirmed.
In case the order has not been sent yet, if you wish, we can cancel the order placed and refund it so you can make a new one with the items you want. -
We regret to inform you that it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been sent.
If you no longer want the order, we recommend that you refuse the shipment when they will deliver it to your address. Once we receive the return at our facilities, we will proceed to reimburse the order.

We regret to inform you that we cannot modify the delivery data of an order that has already been sent.
If the shipping company could not deliver to the address already indicated, your order would be returned to our facilities. Once received in our warehouse, we could proceed to make a new shipment at no cost to you to the correct address if you indicated so.

It is very easy to place an order with us. Below we explain it step by step:
First, you have to browse our website and locate that article you were looking for. Once you have clicked on it and you are inside the product file, you just have to choose the color and size (if necessary) and click on “Add to Cart”.
When you have found everything you want, you can proceed to the payment and place your order. To do this, click on the "Cart" in the upper right corner of the screen.
After doing so the system will take you to “My Cart”; Here you can make any changes to the items you want.
In the purchase process section, you will see the summary of your order. To the right of this, you will see our “Promotional Code” section where you can enter a discount code by clicking on the arrow, in case you have one.
Do not worry if you can not see the information of the payment methods in this section since you have not yet accessed the page to finalize your order.
To place your order you have to click on “Buy”. A screen will appear where you will have to enter the information we request to place the order. It is divided into 4 sections and the order summary:
Your data
- Shipping Address (if different from your previous address)
- Shipping costs
- Way to pay
- Order summary
In the Order Summary you will see all the data related to it, it is time to check if everything is correct. You will only have to click on "Pay" so your order will have been placed correctly.

In case you have received a wrong model, contact us through our contact form and don't forget to attach pictures of all the items received showing the reference legible at their boxes.

Returns & Replacement

Every item purchased in Conguitos through our website can be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date when the order was delivered.
Exchanges and returns will be managed through our Return Portal, where you can choose different options to be refunded. Conguitos will only assume return expenses of defected products previously managed and accepted by the Quality Department through the following link: Customer Service.
The Free Exchange service through our Return Portal is available only for orders from Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Holland, Luxembourg and Belgium. In our Return Portal you can choose between different methods to send us your item for an exchange.
You can choose another size or product from our website and we will send it to you. The exchange period is 14 days from the day when the package was delivered.
Orders processed In the rest of the countries are not eligible for free exchanges at the moment, so the customer must make a return with any carrier and place a new order with the new desired size through our Return Portal. These return costs will not be borne by Conguitos.

Making a return or an exchange with us is very easy 🤗 You just need to go into our RETURN PORTAL and follow the steps.
You have three different options to be refunded:
📦 Exchange: You can choose another size or product from our website and we will ship it to you. The exchanges for size or items with the same price are FREE for you. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
🎟️ Gift card: We will send you a gift card with store credit for the amount of your returned items and non expiration date. This option is FREE and the return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
💸 Refund: We will process the refund of your returned items to the same payment method used in your original purchase. A return fee will be charged at this option. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.

If you want to make a return in a comfortable and simple way, we offer you an easy return service through our Return Portal. All returns managed through our Portal will involve costs that will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.

If you are not returning from one of the above countries you must return the product to us at your own expense, selecting the desired carrier for it. Please note that since this service has not been offered by us, we cannot assume the risk on the return package when it refers to causes not attributable to Conguitos.

Use an envelope, bag or wrapping paper to protect the ítems that you return and, in any case, put directly place the return label on the boxes, it would be impossible to use them again and maybe the return would be refused.

Once the item has been received and when the return has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product or products to be returned less the return costs, which will be paid using the same payment method used.
The amount will be reflected in your account within approximately 7-15 working days, from the moment you received the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank.

It’s important you keep the box wich contains the reference and barcode of the product (they must be perfectly readable), otherwise we couldn’t register the return, and couldn't refund the money back.

In case the product it’s not returned in their original package (keeping labels, cleaning clothes and other ítems it may content) the price of the product will be depreciated.
In case the product is not received in its original packaging - as indicated above, we reserve the right to deduct those items that are missing or that are not in original condition from the total price:
- Box: 5 €
- Any other extra item contained in the box (stickers, pouch, cleaning cloth, etc) : 3 €
Shipping

We can deliver to your usual residence or work place. If you want the shipment to be made to your workplace, you must ensure that someone will be found at the place to pick up the package for you.

We are not authorized to send to PO Boxes, however we can send to any address you indicate, you just have to be sure that there will be someone to pick up the package.

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link that appears in the Shipping Confirmation email.
If you have not received a Shipping Confirmation Mail, you can check the status of your order through the Tracking page of your order. You just have to enter the order number and your email address and click on ‘Continue’ to check its status.

You can only track the shipment when the order has left our facilities.
If you have already received the shipping confirmation message, try Tracking your order to check its status.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping address. Below we show you the delivery time to some countries:

Normally the delivery company makes two delivery attempts before leaving the package ready for collection and leaves a delivery notice with the phone and the address of the office where your package is located.

In case the shipment appears as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you check if a family member, neighbor or co-worker has accepted the shipment on your behalf.
